In sequence the game follows like this: Hold’em, Omaha High-low, 7-card stud and finally seven card hi-lo. Once the whole sequence gets finished, the game again begins from Texas hold’em.

In the case of rotation poker variants, these can be tackled in three ways: hand rotation or, blind levels or by time. Among all these three ways, hand rotation is said to be the faster approach. Here, players should pay attention to each hand in current poker variant. By “time rotation” means that the game transfers into another position quickly. For example: the game can change after a period of 5 minutes or 10minutes.
